A damper rod (3) has damper chamber (4) in which a piston rod (11) is axially displaceable by operating piston (9). The damper tube is separate from compensation chamber (6) by axially displaceable separating piston (5). A hydraulic fluid loaded actuation chamber (8) is axially displaced in damper rod, after disconnection of compensation and damper chambers by second separating piston (7).
