PURPOSE: An optical member and a display device having the same are provided to easily disperse fluorescent substances and quantum dots. CONSTITUTION: A wavelength conversion layer(530) includes a host layer(531), first wavelength conversion particles(532), second wavelength conversion particles(533), and dispersibility enhancement particles(535). The first wavelength conversion particles change the wavelength of the light emitted from light emitting diodes. The first wavelength conversion particles include a compound semiconductor. The second wavelength conversion particles include a fluorescent substance.
