PURPOSE: An automated device for inserting a metal nut is provided to reduce a time for burying the metal nut to an insert hole or for measuring the state of the buried metal nut. CONSTITUTION: An automated device for inserting a metal nut comprises a guide rail(11), a reciprocating plate(2), a pair of cylinders for elevation(21), an elevating plate(23), a pair of product pedestals(24), a reciprocating sphere(35), an intermediate fixing plate(4), a pair of product appearance balls(41), a pair of mold transfer rails(42), a pair of box type molds(43a,43b), a product transfer unit, and a nut insert measurement device. The product transfer unit is formed in an extension plate and transfers a synthetic resin product from the end portion of the intermediate fixing plate to the end portion of the extension plate. The nut insert measurement device is installed at the end portion of the extension plate for determining whether the metal nut is buried in an insert hole of the synthetic resin product as a plan or not. |
