PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lower charged particle in an electrophoretic display device is provided to obtain a greater lower charged particle by controlling the amount of particle a controller. CONSTITUTION: Polymer resin including a main chain and a side chain and chromatic pigment are distributed to a solvent in order to form colloid solution(st1). A charge control agent is secondly distributed to the colloid solution(st2). Lower charged particles are separated from the solvent(st3). The main chain and the side chain are combined. The main chain and the side chain wrap the charged control agent.
