<p>PURPOSE: A portable terminal and a device sharing method are provided to share a part of devices with other portable terminal with a similar form factor. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit includes a first interface(170) and a second interface(180). The interface unit is connected to other portable terminal. When a portable terminal is connected to the other portable terminal through the interface unit, a control unit(110) activates a sharing mode which shares a part of devices with the other portable terminal. The part of devices includes a touch screen, a battery, a camera module, and a sensor module.
