A hub is connected to the shaft and includes a magnet(210). A base is connected to the sleeve and includes a core(320) which a coil is wound. The magnet, a faced side of the core, or a faced side of the magnet is formed to be inclined from an axis direction in order that magnetic gravitation is generated between the magnet and the core.
