<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerial scaffold in which the burden and fatigue of a worker can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: An aerial scaffold 10 includes a pair of drive pulleys 1a, 1a spaced apart from each other, a frame 2, and a seat unit 3 in which a worker can be seated so that the chest of the worker faces a wire W. The aerial scaffold 10 further includes a crankshaft 4 having a set of pedals 4p, 4p, a pair of winding transmission devices 5, 5, and a pair of gear devices 6, 6. When a worker rows a set of pedals 4p, 4p, the pair of drive pulleys 1a, 1a can be rotated through the winding transmission device 5 and the gear device 6, and since the worker can move laterally along the wire W, the burden and fatigue of the worker can be reduced and maintenance and inspection of the wire W can be facilitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
