<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for example, methods for conveniently determining if a cancerous condition in a subject is responsive to an IGF1R inhibitor. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides, for example, the methods for conveniently determining if a cancerous condition in a subject is responsive to an IGF1R inhibitor. The invention includes patient selection methods and methods of treatment.
