<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a television receiver and an electronic apparatus which reduce the number of components as one example. <P>SOLUTION: A television receiver according to one embodiment includes a housing and a lid. In the housing, at least parts of a display device and a connector are housed, and an opening, from which an engagement part and the connector are exposed, are provided. The lid has a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion. The first portion covers the opening. The second portion is positioned in the housing and engages with the engagement part to be restricted from moving to the housing outer side.
