Disclosed in the present invention are a method, a wireless router device and a user equipment (UE) for WiFi communication, the method comprising: reception by the wireless router device of a request from the UE, said request comprising authentication request parameters to authenticate the UE; transmission of the authentication request parameters to a client identification module (CIM); obtaining from the CIM an expected authentication result generated by the CIM according to the authentication request parameters and an authentication key stored in the CIM; transmission to the UE of a response to said request, the response comprising the expected authentication result. The present invention enables the wireless router device to obtain an expected authentication result from the CIM and transmit same to the UE, enabling the UE to utilize the expected authentication result to directly access the WiFi communication network and take full advantage of its own WiFi capability. The complexity and developmental difficulty of the wireless router device are also reduced. |
