<p>[Problem] To effect allowing efficiently obtaining a monitor light while supporting miniaturization and multi-channel capability, as well as improving productivity and simplicity in handling. [Solution] When a prism (18) is bonded to the interior of a prism positioning depression part (16) with a bonding agent (20), air bubbles are prevented from being trapped in the bonding agent (20) at a light path of light of each light emitting element (7) between the prism positioning depression part (16) and the prism (18) by a first air bubble trapping prevention depression part (25) and a second air bubble trapping prevention depression part (26) which communicate in a lens alignment direction with respect to the prism positioning depression part (16), and flow of the bonding agent (20) upon a total reflection face (14) is prevented by a bonding agent inflow prevention depression edge part (27).</p> |
