PURPOSE: A glucoside composition is provided to be absorbed in a small intestine at a low speed and have a low level of osmotic pressure so that the glucoside composition is used for medical use. CONSTITUTION: A glucoside composition comprises a structure bonded with glucose on a non-reduced end of dextrin or isomaltooligosaccharide with α -1 and 6 glycosidic linkage. The glucoside composition comprises dextrin with DE 10-52 and isomaltose. The dextrin and isomaltulose are mixed by a 1:0.6-1:2 weight ratio. The ratio of the glucose and dextrin is more than 5 mass%. The glucose with a branch structure is 4-13 mass% against dextrin. Food comprising the glucoside composition is served. The food is a supplement, liquid food, an energy drink, or jelly.
