PURPOSE: A trocar head assembly is provided to efficiently reduce an insertion resistance that is generated when a tool for laparoscope operation is inserted while preventing damage to a rib valve. CONSTITUTION: A trocar head assembly comprises head housing(110) having a hollow cylinder shape; a rib valve(130) that is inserted into the head housing so as to be opened when a tool for laparoscope operation is inserted and closed when the tool for laparoscope operation is separated; a gas closed valve(150) that is disposed at the upper part of the rib valve; a rib valve protection unit(170) that is disposed between the rib valve and the gas closed valve; and a gas sealed valve protection unit that is disposed at the upper part of the gas closed valve.
