<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spouting cap capable of effectively preventing a problem of infiltration of water between a lid body and a spouting cap body when a container filled with a heated content is cooled. <P>SOLUTION: The spouting cap 1 includes: a cap body 10 having a spouting cylinder 16 and fixed to the mouth part K of a container to be held; and a lid body 20 fitted to the cap body 10 to store the spouting cylinder 16 therein. The cap body 10 surrounds the spouting cylinder 16 with a gap to form an annular space C in a mutual gap between the spouting cylinder 16, and includes an outer cylinder 17 for detachably and tightly holding the lid body 20.
