<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of sufficiently reducing rolling resistance while maintaining the various performance of the tire. <P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, a value of BD/BW is 0.01 or larger and 0.04 or smaller where BW is the tire width-directional length of a maximum width belt layer having the largest width in a meridian cross section at a low-internal pressure and non-load tire attitude of the tire installed to an application rim, and BD is the tire radial height from the tire width directional center position to the tire width directional edge of the maximum width belt layer, and the acute angle-side crossing angle relative to the meridian of a straight line connecting the maximum width position of a carcass to the tire width directional edge of the maximum width belt layer is 30° or larger and 50° or smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
