<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electricity detection circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The static electricity detection circuit includes a resistor and a switch and which are connected in series between a power line and a ground line. When static electricity exists in the power line, the switch unit is turned on, and then a detecting voltage is generated across the resistor.
