Conventional DC-DC converter devices wherein cooling of a switching element is performed only by a means that radiates heat to a heat dissipating plate have issues such as reduction in thermal resistance and increased complexity of cooling paths in a water cooler in order to efficiently radiate heat, when power MOSFETs, etc., having high heat generation amounts are positioned in a line. A plurality of switching elements, which control current that flows to an inductor element for voltage conversion in a DC-DC converter device, are fixed to a metal case via an insulating material having heat transfer properties to a metal heat dissipating body having greater heat transfer characteristics than the metal case. Heat dissipation can improve and switching element cooling efficiency can be increased, by reduced complication of heat flow between adjacent switching elements and reduced thermal interference. |
