MULTI-UNIT INTEGRATED DRAWER TYPE POWER MODULE BASED ON FULLY-CONTROLLED DEVICE

A multi-unit integrated drawer type power module based on a fully-controlled device. Two or more power units having the same structure are disposed in a drawer, and are separated by an insulating partition plate. Each power unit is arranged separately. A drive control board (1), a fully-controlled device (7), a radiator (8) and a thin film capacitor (6) in each power unit form an integrated structure. The drawer type power module has a compact layout, and is convenient to mount. The two power units having the same structure are arranged in a drawer, and the components in each power unit are arranged compactly in a stacked manner, so that the number of connecting wires is reduced, the cost is saved, maintenance is facilitated, the occupied space is reduced, and the power unit is convenient to produce, store, mount, expand, maintain and transport.
