<p>The invention relates to a processing of data for determining an allocation of a target radio resource to a femto base station (B1) of a set of femto base stations (B1, B2, B3) of a cellular network, a prior step of which is implemented by said femto base station (B1) and comprises operations: receiving a signal originating from a macro base station (B0) of the cellular network and a signal originating from a terminal (U1) connected to said macro base station (B0), processing the signals received so as to determine at least one parameter characterizing interfaces at the level of said terminal, and whose subsequent steps are also implemented by said femto base station (B1) and comprise operations: /1/ sending, to a set of neighbour femto base stations of said femto base station, a radio resource request comprising data relating to said target radio resource and data relating to a utility value (Vi) associated with said femto base station, the utility value depending at least on a parameter characterizing an effectiveness of a transmission from the femto base station on the target radio resource, /2/ receiving from each neighbour femto base station a response message containing a performance indicator indicating whether the neighbour femto base station is able to obtain better performance than said femto base station on the target radio resource, the performance indicator being determined by the neighbour femto base station by using the utility value associated with said femto base station, /3/ processing the response messages received so as to determine whether said target radio resource must be allocated to said femto base station, the utility value (Vi) depending moreover on the parameter characterizing interference at the level of said terminal.</p> |
