PURPOSE: An online shopping mall, a derivative mall operating system of the shopping mall, and an operating method thereof are provided to construct a profit structure discriminated by the alliance of numerous derivative malls with the sales of a shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: A premarket server pays a fee difference according to the sales of goods. A seller terminal registers goods in an online shopping mall which is run in the premarket server. A derivative mall operator terminal selects desired goods among goods of sellers in the online shopping mall, pastes only the desired part of the online shopping mall to the derivative mall of a derivative mall operator by copying, and fills an insufficient part with the design of the derivative mall operator. A buyer terminal purchases the goods in the online shopping mall or in the derivative mall. |
