To provide an aqueous gemcitabine solution preparation which has good stability and good solubility. An aqueous gemcitabine solution preparation of the present invention contains gemcitabine hydrochloride and a polyethylene glycol. The aqueous gemcitabine solution preparation of the present invention may additionally contain at least one substance that is selected from the group consisting of disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, nicotinamide, arginine and sodium salicylate. It is desirable that the above-mentioned preparation contains gemcitabine at a concentration of 20 mg/mL or more.
