Abstract The present invention provides the following capsule preparation, which is superior in dissolution property and the like of a pharmaceutically active ingredient and contains 5 liquid and solid pharmaceutically active ingredients: a seamless capsule containing liquid and solid pharmaceutically active ingredients, wherein the liquid pharmaceutically active ingredient is encapsulated in the form of a liquid pharmaceutical composition, and the solid pharmaceutically lo active ingredient is dispersed in a capsule shell layer.
