探针卡制作方法及其结构
摘要
一种探针卡,系具有一探针基板为以射出成型方式使至少一绝缘材依附于一支撑材,于绝缘材上设置导电接点供以传输探针卡所需之测试讯号,藉由具有高阻值特性之绝缘材使相邻各该导电接点之间达成电性绝缘之特性,更藉由支撑材之刚性提供探针卡之强度,可承受测试过程中绝缘材所直接接收的应力来源,同时抵抗绝缘材在温度及应力变化之环境因素下产生形变,以维持探针卡之稳定性。
