Offshore platform structure

The offshore platform construction (1) comprises a base structure (10), and a transition piece (3) received by the base structure defining a working platform (4). A connecting structure is constructed on the platform. The transition piece comprises an accessible tank installation (7) extending in the installed position beneath the platform and a structure for extending the mounting position of submarine cables (17) below the platform, according to the slope of submarine cables. The tank installation comprises a cable entry on the bottom side (9).
