The device (6) has two rigid distribution elements (9) arranged perpendicular to a rotational axis (R). The elements are limited by a curved surface region of a baffle plate (12), where the curved surface region surrounds a rotation plane of the elements in sections. The elements have recesses (10) at a front side (14) facing the baffle plate, where the recesses comprise a tapered contour in a direction of the rotational axis. A section (15) having a semi-circular contour is formed between the recesses at the front side.
