The present invention relates to a novel pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of Formula I (Compound I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and a hydrochlorothiazide as effective components. Furthermore, the invention relates to methods for preparing the pharmaceutical compound comprising Compund I and hydrochlorothiazide and its use for preventing or treating hypertension in mammals, particularly in humans.
