Modular zero degrees compartment (10, 20) for a refrigerator. The compartment comprises at least two adapters (110') opposite to each other, operatively connected to the lateral walls of the refrigerator, an insulated bottom assembly (220) operatively connected to the adapters (110')and an insulated top lid assembly (130) operatively connected to the adapters (110'); the top lid assembly comprising conveying means forcing the air into the compartment (10).
