Reflector for semiconductor light sources

The reflector (1) has a light source point (5) which is provided at the center of emitting surface (8) of light source (6). The light source is provided in a recess (7) such that center of emitting surface of light source is in correspondence with light source point. The facets are provided with a curved surface. The radius of curvature of facets is varied in transverse and longitudinal directions. The spacing between the facets is in correspondence with the spacing between the midpoint of facet and light source point.
