The device has a hollow body (22) delimiting a fluid receiving cavity (40) for receiving a fluid. The cavity is emerged by a proximal opening (46) and a distal opening (48). A piston (24) is movably mounted in the cavity to seal the proximal opening. A dispensing assembly (26) selectively dispenses the fluid located in a proximal part of the cavity and comprises a fluid circulation channel (70) that is placed through the piston. The channel emerges in the cavity. The piston comprises a distal body (61) for closing the cavity.
