REALTIME DISASTER INFORMATION SERVICE BASED ON MAP USING MOBILE DEVICE

PURPOSE: A real time disaster information operating method is provided to analyze and establish measures for vulnerable areas through handling disaster situations and continuous data management by embedding an application including collecting, searching, and alarming modules in a mobile device for providing user customized map based specific disaster position information through a server. CONSTITUTION: A S10 stage is a stage for implementing a disaster information system application for logging in. The S10 stage provides a map and disaster position information to a mobile device. A web server provides a key word service(S20) and a position service(S30). The disaster information, which is based on the map, can be confirmed through the input value filtering and disaster information analyzing(S50) of the webserver when a user inputs key words including disaster date and the kind of a disaster to the application. The position service requires GPS data for the application to search(S34) the current position of the user and the users to input(S36) an area value when the user allows(S32) GPS reception. Map based search result(S60) is provided by filtering the disaster information of the area value inputted by the user and analyzing the disaster information. The webserver provides a notification service(S40). The server provides(S70) disaster notification information to the application embedded in the mobile device of the user when the reliability of the received disaster information is confirmed.
