PURPOSE: An air conditioning device for a vehicle provides smooth manipulation feeling by performing a damper function with a damping unit and reducing an effort peak value in a section in which a control force is high. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device for a vehicle comprises a cable(130) and a damping unit(500). The cable connects a door driving member and a controlling unit in order to operate a door in an air conditioning case. The damping unit is formed at one side of a longitudinal direction of the cable. The damping unit is transformed in the longitudinal direction of the cable in order to partially reduce control loads transferred to the controlling unit of a side of a controller when the applied control loads of the door driving member exceeds a predetermined value.
