A strip winding apparatus is provided to reduce faults of a strip and produce a product of high quality by sensing minute tension changes at both side ends of a paper tension roll and finely controlling the minute tension changes. In a strip winding apparatus comprising a tension reel winding and coiling a strip and paper, and a paper coil reel installed above the tension reel to provide the paper to the tension reel, the strip winding apparatus further comprises a paper tension roll(10), a pair of guide block parts(20), a pair of guide plate parts(30), a pair of driving parts(40), a pair of sensing parts(50), and a control part(60). The paper tension roll is installed between the paper coil reel and tension reel. The paper tension roll provides tension to the paper. The guide block parts are installed on both side ends of the paper tension roll. The guide block parts are integrally lifted or lowered with the paper tension roll. The guide plate parts guide lifting or lowering of the guide block parts. The driving parts lift or lower the guide block parts respectively. The sensing parts sense lifting and lowering values of the guide block parts respectively. The control part control the respective driving parts using values sensed in the sensing parts. |
