PURPOSE: A flower pot is provided to cultivate a young seedling plant in a green house in the winter and to transplant and cultivate grown crops outdoor. CONSTITUTION: A flower pot comprises: opening holes which are separated from the bottom edge to the inside and are symmetrically arranged; a protrusion part(12) which is protruded from the bottom in a predetermined height; a pot body(10) which has an insertion hole with open part at the front and rear side walls, wherein the left insertion hole(13a) and the right insertion hole are connected at the front side wall and the and the right side wall, respectively; and a blocking plate(20) which blocks the opening hole by tightening and fixing one end portion to the inner wall of the other side of the pot body. The blocking plate has a drainage hole inside, a hooking protrusion(22), and a handle portion(23). A fixing groove(15) is formed for insertion of a holder for holding crops.
