摘要 The invention relates to a technology of water deaeration using spray-type deaerators. The deaeration is carried out by removing from water dissolved corrosion-active gases, in particular oxygen thus providing corrosion protection of units and assemblies in thermal and nuclear power plants, equipment in chemical and pharmaceutical industries, pipeline systems in industry and municipal engineering etc. The claimed process of water deaeration comprises steps of predeaeration and basic deaeration. The predeaeration is performed by spraying source water using a sprayer 1 mounted in the upper part of deaerator vessel 2, the sprayed water is vapor heated to a temperature close to saturation and gases with vapor evolved from the water are removed therefrom via exhaust pipes 4. A zone of the predeaeration 6 is formed in the bottom part of vessel by a transverse partition 5 into which water flows down after spraying. The dissolved gases are removed from the aeration zone 7 by feeding deaerating agents upwards via distributors 8 and 9 positioned on the vessel bottom 2 or in its bottom part and also by vapor bubbles forming in water mass. For realizing said process a deaerator and two embodiments of spring-type sprayers are claimed, one of them is spring-loaded from bottom, the other from flanges. The technical inventive result is aimed at improving heat-mass exchange during water deaeration thus enhancing effectiveness of the claimed process of water deaeration from corrosion-active gases.
