REINFORCED COMPOSITION FOR CORRUGATED BOARD SHEET AND CORRUGATED BOARD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition for a corrugated board sheet and a corrugated board using the same are provided to ensure light weight and excellent tensile strength, and to be used as an eco-friendly construction interior material. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a corrugated board sheet contains 10-20 parts by weight of EVA resin, 10-20 parts by weight of paraffin wax, 5-10 parts by weight of starch, 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of carboxy methyl cellulose, 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of stearic acid, 1-10 parts by weight of clay, 5-10 parts by weight of potassium oxide, 5-10 parts by weight of titanium dioxide, 1-2 parts by weight of ferric oxide, and 30-40 parts by weight of water. The composition contains one or more flame retardant selected from 10-20 parts by weight of melamin phosphate, 5-10 parts by weight of sodium silicate, 0.1-1 parts by weight of a carbon nanotube, and 1-10 parts by weight of clay.
