The invention relates to a lock with two coaxial cylinders and to a key for actuating the same. According to the invention, the lock consists of two coaxial blocking cylinders (), each cylinder swinging in its own case (), therebetween there being the actuation cam () with lock axial swing, some curved radial grooves () placed along the body of the cylinder () comprising at least a row of semi-circular shaped disks (), with springs, which are guided by sliding into the grooves () by means of the protuberances () thereof, said protuberances being placed on the exterior of each lamella () and getting into the interior radial grooves () in the case (), wherein the protuberances () are angularly shifted in relation to one another and they cooperate with the axial grooves () from the interior cylindrical surface of the case (), so that the number and the angular shift of the axial grooves () correspond to the number and the angular shift of the protuberances (), the displacement of the protuberances () of the individual disks () into the appropriate axial groove () being actuated by the first encoding (), created on a side of the ridge or on the lateral side corresponding to the flat key () of the lock wherein the lamella () is flexibly pushed after introducing the flat key () into the lock and, for preventing the rotation of the cylinder () after introducing the flat key (), a limiting bolt is introduced into the of the interior end region of the cylinder (), the part protruding outwards the limiting bolt () is mounted into the longitudinal groove (), which, in the direction towards the actuation cam () passes into the radial groove () of the case ().
