<p>PURPOSE: A protective circuit module is provided to have a low components-mounting cost, to have small size, and to have parts of electronic devices in the outside of a sealing part for easy detection of malfunction. CONSTITUTION: A protective circuit module(100) comprises a printed circuit board(110); and electronic device(120) mounted on the printed circuit board(120). The electronic device comprises an IC chip; an electronic component which is electrically connected to the IC chip; and a sealing part. The sealing part seals the IC chip and one region of the electronic device. The other region is located outside the sealing part of the electronic device. A battery pack comprises a battery cell including electrode terminals; and the protection circuit module which is electrically connected to the electrode terminal of the battery cell. At least one electrode pad(113a,113b) is installed on the protection circuit board.</p> |
