PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of 500 nm-10μm of spherical powder using plasma is provided to maintain initial composition of composite materials when metal alloy and metal and ceramic composite materials are used for raw material powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of 500 nm-10μm of spherical powder using plasma comprises a reactor(300), a plasma torch(200), a nozzle(100), a cooling gas supplying unit(400), and a powder reservoir(500). The plasma torch is included in an upper part of the reactor and melts row material powder. The nozzle is connected to the reactor to supply raw material powder to a predetermined temperature section of plasma flame. The raw material powder is one or more groups selectively comprised of metal, metal alloy, metal oxide, ceramics, and metal or ceramic composition.
