PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of 500 nm-10μm of spherical powder is provide to maintain initial composition of composition materials and to generate powder as an even shape. CONSTITUTION: Raw material powder is prepared as 1 nm-20μm. The raw material powder is melted by being injected into a heat source of high temperature through a nozzle(100). The melted raw material powder is cooled by cooling gas to manufacture spherical powder. A discharge port(120) of the nozzle is formed at temperature section of the heat source in which temperature between a melting point and a boiling point is generated.
