PURPOSE: A network-centric weapon system and an adaptive communication time assignment method thereof are provided to assign communication time by sensing a communication collision generated by asynchronous power application. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of striking systems(100-1~100-N) receives power at the different time. The plurality of the striking systems communicates a command control system(100). When a communication collision is generated with the command control system, the plurality of striking systems executes communication by assigning communication time through a command system communication module. The control system communication module includes a communication network connecting unit, a communication execution unit, and a communication time assignment unit.
