APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC MEASURING AND CORRECTING OF STUD BOLT FOR FIXTURING ENGINE FRAME

PURPOSE: A stud bolt automatic measuring and correcting device for engine frame fixing is provided to improve quality and productivity of a vehicle frame assembly process by measuring and correcting a position of a stud bolt. CONSTITUTION: A stud bolt automatic measuring and correcting device for engine frame fixing comprises a working robot(10), a position measuring device, a position measuring device controller(30), a correcting device controller(50), and a correcting device(40). The working robot injects an engine chassis into a jig and draws the engine chassis from the jig. The position measuring device measures a position of a stud bolt of the engine chassis. The position measuring device controller transfers a position data of the stud bolt measured by the position measuring device to a main controller(20). The position measuring device controller controls sensor operation of the position measuring device. A main controller determines fault on the position of the stud bolt according to predetermined tolerance. The correcting device controller controls operation of a correcting device according to the data on the tolerance. The correcting device corrects the position of the stud bolt of the engine chassis in a tolerance range.
