PURPOSE: A cooking method of Siregi is provided to improve sensory characteristics and a degree of overall satisfaction of Siregi using XBrassicoraphanus. CONSTITUTION: A cooking method of XBrassicoraphanus Siregi comprises the steps of: inserting stems with leaves of XBrassicoraphanus BB No.1, which is aged 30 to 50 days after seeding, followed by parboiling for 30 seconds to 1 minute; collecting, dehydrating, and drying the stems with leaves of XBrassicoraphanus; and inserting the dried stems into boiling water and parboiling for less than 10 minutes. |
