AS CONCRETE THERMAL BLOCKS AS THE BASIC ELEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WALLS AND CEILINGS OF MASONRY BUILDINGS OF HIGH ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND SEISMIC SAFETY

Invention herewith described refers to the AS concrete thermal blocks as the basic element for the construction of walls and ceilings of masonry buildings of high energy efficiency and seismic safety. The essence of the invention represent AS blocks (S1, S2, S3, S4, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7 and Z8), AS diesquares (MK) and AS fillers (MP1 and MP2) i.e. the products made from AS concrete, which is made in an optimal combination and interaction of F-aggregate, Portland cement, granulated gravel and water. The AS concrete has low density, high compressive strength, low thermal conductivity and high resistance to water, moisture and salt. The installation of AS blocks (S1, S2, S3 and S4) allows the casting of the reinforced concrete pillars and the belt courses in the wall without use of the formwork; with the cement mortar they interlace the AS blocks (Z1 Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7 and Z8) forming the bearing face walls and the interior walls of high stiffness and load capacity. By installation of AS diesquares (MK) with the associated reinforcement beam (R) and the AS fillers (MP1 and MP2), over which the AS (AB) concrete is poured there is formed the semi-prefabricated AS intermediate slab. The AS pillars and the intermediate slab are connected with reinforced concrete beams and the horizontal belt courses made from AS concrete. In this way, the spatial masonry structure is built from AS concrete, of AS blocks, diesquares and fillers of high energy efficiency and seismic safety. This means that for the construction of masonry buildings VEE, the formwork is not necessary, because the pillars, ceilings and beams of the supporting structure are formed using AS blocks, AS diesquares and AS fillers.
