PURPOSE: A torque sensor device for a pedal assistance system(PAS) electric bicycle is provided to reduce production costs by providing a mechanical mechanism with the combination of a hole effect sensor. CONSTITUTION: A torque sensor device for a PAS electric bicycle comprises a fixed plate(10), supports(20), a sprocket gear(30), a rotating plate(40), dampers(50), a measuring dog part(60), and a detection sensor plate(70). The fixed plate is fixed in a pedal rotary shaft by a crank shaft. The supports are arranged on the fixed plate. A hole through which the crank shaft penetrates is formed in the center of the sprocket gear. The sprocket gear has rotating long slots through which the supports pass. The rotating plate is thread-coupled to the sprocket gear and has damper insertion parts. The dampers are inserted in the damper insertion parts of the rotating plate and elastically compressed by the rotating force of the fixed plate transferred from the supports. The sensor plate senses the first and second dogs. |
