PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a fabric for a hospital gown using a polylactic acid fiber is provided to obtain a polylactic acid fiber without damage after handling the fabric. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a fabric for a hospital gown using a polylactic acid fiber comprises: a step of weaving a polylactic acid fabric using a polylactic acid fiber as warp and/or weft and a satin; a step of pretreating the polylactic acid fabric using a refining machine at 70-80 deg.
