PURPOSE: A turbine blade, a turbine rotor using the same, and a stream turbine is provided to include noticeable high output effects and high efficiency effects of a steam turbine generation plant by manufacturing the reliable steam turbine blade of a welding unit of an anticorrosion plate. CONSTITUTION: A turbine blade includes an erosion shield plate(54) as a core at a front end edge unit of the turbine blade and is fixed with electric beam welding. The turbine blade is comprised of iron alloy, and the erosion shield plate is comprised of Co alloy. The core is comprised of Ni-Fe alloy.
