A BAR OF THE PERIODIC PROFILE OUT OF FIBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND THE METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION

The present invention relates to the sphere of construction, namely to the bar constructional elements out of high-strength composite material. A rod of periodic profile out of fiber composite material consists of a bearing core and a coaxially disposed relief-forming shell, which are made of fibers impregnated with polymer binder, where the relief-forming shell is made in the form of a tube, which inside diameter is equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the bearing core, and where the relief out of grooves and ridges is made by corrugation of the relief-forming shell by means of its compression and pressure to the core with compressive cords or yarns, which are disposed in a spiral spinning. Wherein the bearing core is formed either by a ply of longitudinal fibers, or by one or several coaxial longitudinal plies, each of which is strapped down with a yarn ply disposed in a spiral spinning, wherein a relief-forming shell can be made of several plies of longitudinal fibers in the form of coaxial tubes, and where the relief out of grooves and ridges is formed by compression and pressure of every ply of the relief-forming shell to the core with compressive cords or yarns in a spiral winding with the equal for each ply lead and angle of a helix. The formation of a rod is completed in two stages successively: at first a bearing core must be formed, then a relief-forming shell is built around a core in the form of a tube, which inside diameter is equal to or larger than the outer diameter of the bearing core, and where the formation of the relief surface is made by the corrugation of the relief-forming shell by means of its compression and pressure to the core with compressive cords or yarns in a spiral spinning. A rod of periodic profile out of fiber composite material provides increased strength, high anchoring properties, reliability and longer serviceability.
