PURPOSE: A food waste collecting and treating apparatus is provided to treat food waste not to generate bad odor in the process of treating the food waste. CONSTITUTION: A food waste collecting unit(10) collects food waste which is introduced through inlet from apartments. A food waste treating unit(20) treats the food waste. Moisture is dehydrated from the food waste. The dehydrated food waste is fermented based on high temperature bacillus bacteria. The fermented food waste is aged and becomes fuel and environmentally-friendly composts in a decomposition completing bath. |
