PURPOSE: A thread labeling method for detecting data competition and a data competition detecting device thereof are provided to reduce temporal and spatial complexity at each thread operation without a concentrated data structure. CONSTITUTION: An eNR labeling method includes a step for generating a first label and a step for generating a second label. The first label includes a join counter(λ) which is the number of parent threads and a connotation area(＜α,β＞) expressing a thread space range as an integer.
