CONTROL VALVE FOR COMPRESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE: A control valve for a compressor is provided to reduce noise by damping the vibration of an axial direction generated when an operation unit contacts to a valve body through a noise preventing part. CONSTITUTION: A control valve for a compressor comprises a valve body(100), a driving unit, an operation unit, and a noise preventing unit(400). The operation unit comprises a needle, a plunger, a valve unit(330), and a bleed valve unit(340). The valve unit is located to the inside of the plunger and opens a control fluid path by being connected with the plunger and a support unit connected to the needle. The bleed valve unit is included in the inside of the valve unit and opens a bleed fluid path according to the pressure of a suction chamber. The noise preventing unit prevents noise by being interposed between the support unit and the plunger in order to generate resistance to the sliding movement of the operation unit.
